At Kottakkal Ayurveda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached before placing it back in its original eco-friendly packaging.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
